Open the McDecryptor.cfg and add these two lines

AdditionalSearchDir: $LOCALSTATE\premium_cache\behavior_packs
AdditionalModuleDir: behavior_packs

Is gonna automatically look up for the add-ons behavior packs

ok so i mispelled behavior lol

still anyway to properly support this iwth "ZipThePacks" technically it should read the manifest and read the pack dependnacies and package them all into a .mcaddon file but that would be alot of work so ill save it for when i get around to making a better decryptor
