I've been trying to decrypt a platform-locked pack for a while now. While I think it can be decrypted, I am unable to do so, as I do not have the keys. I don't exactly know how this program works, but I assume it would require the .ent file to get the key, but unfortunately, the console appears to not use an ent file, since it doesn't appear within the save file, where the games folder is located, or anywhere else. Is there any way to get the key? I'm going to upload the encrypted zip file just in case.
