This update allows you to choose between the DEX pkg installer and the MAJOR_TOM PKG Installer patch

2. Open the VPK, some text will go on screen for a few seconds then your vita will reboot

The PKGEnabler bubble will now change into the Package Installer bubble, you can start it as normal (even without henkaku enabled)
