SnowPME or "Silica's new offline windows PlayStation Mobile Emulator"

Is an experiemental in-development PlayStation Mobile emulator that i have been developing,
it is my current 'major project', (previous being HISP) that is likely to take awhile to finish
 

Currently, it is able to run very simple sample code, and not much else;
as such this download probably isn't useful for anyone.

if you need to run PlayStation Mobile games on a computer, your best bet currently
is to either use the the "Simulator" found in the PlayStation Mobile SDK,
or an android running the PlayStation Mobile app

it also requires ripping a few files from either the PlayStation Mobile SDK;
or the PlayStation Mobile Runtime Package.
 

This is probably not too useful to most people at the moment,
however if anyone incase anyone is interested, the current in-development binaries are available.
