VciTools are a set of utilities for converting between different PlayStation Vita Game Dump formats;

when you dump a physical game using GcToolKit, or using PSVGameSD; the contents of the game cart partitions are copied 1:1 raw bytes raw;
this is good for archiving physical games, it is kind of annoying for actually playing, so VCI-TOOLS can be used to extract, or convert these formats;

it contains multiple command line utilities for common tasks one might want with these formats-

• extractgc - Extracting Partitions on .VCI or .PSV or Raw SceMBR dump
• gc2img - Convert VCI or PSV into a SceMBR image;
• vci2psv - Convert .VCI to .PSV
• psv2vci - Convert .PSV to VCI
• gc2nonpdrm - Converting .VCI / .PSV to NoNpDrm format
• npdrm2nonpdrm - Convert Sony RIF into NoNpDrm RIF

Note: as extractgc will extract a RAW SceMBR dump of a gamecart-- it can also extract Vita eMMC dumps, Memory Card dumps, and so on-
