Spoof CID (ConsoleID) on PSVITA

Possible uses include:
Unbanning your vita from PSN,
Generating act.dat,
Accessing sp-int on retail.

add to your *KERNEL line in config.txt.

Simply edit CID.BIN this file is your CID as raw binary data
If you want it to effect NP Modules simply reboot your psvita.
