reSkype

Just a simple plugin to enable the Skype app on 3.65+

Install under *main

Download: https://bitbucket.org/SilicaAndPina/reskype/downloads/reSkype.suprx

NOTE: This plugin simply overwrites the blacklist in SceShell, it does NOT mean the application will acturally work, from what i recall it only works if your account was made BEFORE the microsoft takeover.
